The location was STUNNING, short walk to the center and transportation hub, the center of the city and StMark's Square. Besides, it was 3 km away from Mary's Shell. I was offered an exceptionally nice breakfast for value.

A classic double room with views of gondola passing beneath our balcony which was bliss has basic facilities you need. Glad to have tea and coffee, and a mini-bar. Refined vibe, the staff is fantastic friendly and efficient. Friendly service, the breakfast is reasonable and incredibly nice! The location is good and the food is nice.

It's charming small and intimate hotel, everything was fab. It has magnificent, wonderful setting, very close to Also very near water bus stop which was useful for cruise / airport transfer, gondola rides close by so view and the center and transportation hub. Besides, the venue is located 2 km away from North Shore. The staff are attentive, and the atmosphere is refined.
